For those of us in larger bodies, it costs a lot more to buy materials to make garments than our smaller fiber art counterparts. This is known as the fat tax in the fiber arts world. To combat this fat tax, many indie dyers offer a discount when you purchase 5+/6+/7+ skeins of yarn!
